In recent years, the industry has grown rapidly. Every year boats are becoming larger and larger. They also have lots of delicate and special instruments. At the same time, the infrastructure around these luxurious yachts is old. Nearly every storage premise is designed for different purpose than storing and repairing yachts. Having big experience and after a careful planning we has started the project with full understanding of what has to be done. Our goal was to build the most modern and the largest pleasure boat facility to date. This all-new Multipurposehall would provide services that no one else has provided so far. It is designed 100% for yachts owners who need more than the contemporary industry could offer. In September 2011, we finished the project on time and the results were impressive:

• ● Clearance from ground to top 14 meters
• ● Clean, spacious and bright facilities to store and service boats.
• ● Modern and practical workshops for service operations
• ● New Ascom Travel lift that will lift and launch boats up to 220 tons within the matter of hours
• ● Open and wide concrete yard for safe and easy operations
• ● High security standards

During summer you can rent our multifunction hall for multiple different purposes like exhibitions, shows, festivals and fairs. Due to our prime location and nice view on the historical center of Kotka the Multipurposehall is an excellent venue for a great summer event.
